This is your chance to step beyond the transactional and really connect with students. You'll dive deep into their concerns, uncover the core challenges they face, and offer solutions that empower them to succeed. Whether it's meeting with walk-ins, responding to emails, or working closely with Admissions, Registrar, OneStop, Student Success, CARE Team, your impact will be felt far and wide. In this role, we need someone motivated to become an expert in the area of financial aid—someone our students turn to for insight. Having drive to learn all that you can about financial aid and having confidence when providing this information is key to helping others realize all the options available to them. You'll think on your feet, gather information from those you’re meeting with, and always deliver the best guidance possible. If you're motivated to help students succeed, passionate about financial wellness, and excited to contribute to university-wide initiatives, this is the role for you.

Comfortable presenting to small and medium-sized groups? Even better. From hosting information sessions for students and families to brainstorming new outreach initiatives, we’ll love seeing the creative ideas you bring to enhance how we connect with our university community.
