Job Summary
Private, Post-Secondary Institution enrolling in Nursing Programs (BSN & LVN) is in search of an experienced and established Sales and/or Marketing Personnel who is highly driven to meet quarterly goals. The Admission Representative plays a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the admission process, ensuring they are well-informed and supported as they navigate their educational journey. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about education and possesses strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in education administration and a commitment to fostering positive relationships with students.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective students through various communication channels, providing information about academic programs and admission requirements.
- Conduct presentations and public speaking engagements to educate potential students about the university's offerings.
- Assist students in completing application forms and gathering necessary documentation for admission.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support to students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, policies, and practices that impact student admissions.
- Cold calls, answer phone, chat, text, email & virtual inquiries.
- Orders & stocks office supplies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
- Proficient in using technology and software tools, including DiamondD and Verity, for managing student information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals is essential.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required
- Excellent administrative & organizational skills
- Ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Expected hours: 40 per week
